Returns & Exchanges

At Iron Thread, every product is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because our apparel is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference for a different color or design
  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • The item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly produced
  • The order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
