At Iron Thread Activewear, every product is made to order. Once you place an order, your apparel is printed and prepared specifically for you before being shipped directly to your door.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed, printed, and shipped within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. Additional shipping fees may apply for destinations outside the continental United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Iron Thread Activewear is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused shipments

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist before your order enters production.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our fulfillment and shipping partners, Iron Thread Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Multiple Item Orders

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, inventory location, or fulfillment requirements. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
